Outlaws for a Cause wants you to love your gear. Here's how returns and exchanges work.

Returns
Return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Exchanges
Need a different size? We'll exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Same condition requirements apply.

Defective or Damaged Items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or refund, your choice.

How to Start a Return

Email info@outlawsforacause.org with your order number and the issue. We'll send instructions from there.

Refund Timing

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Customers cover return shipping unless the item was defective or we made an error on your order.

Final Sale Items

Limited edition and clearance items are final sale.
